Failing to read or follow these guidelines will not be accepted as an excuse.

Vaccination Policy

• All horses using our facilities must be fully vaccinated.
• Proof of vaccination may be requested at any time.
• Failure to provide proof will result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.

Cancellations and Changes

• Outdoor Arena: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your booking.
• Indoor Arena: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your booking.

To allow changes anytime before your booking, select the Booking Protect option at checkout.

• Booking Protect cannot be added after your booking is confirmed.
• Changes must be made using the link in your confirmation email. If no option to change appears, you are outside the allowed window.
• If you purchased Booking Protect, email us before your booking time with a new date and time and we will change it for you - outside normal working hours you may not receive an immediate response. Emails must be sent to support@kingswoodec.co.uk

Refunds

• Canceling a booking will incur a £1.50 admin fee for refunds.
• Do not cancel your booking if you wish to reschedule. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations.

No Exceptions:

• We will not consider any changes outside the allowed times unless you purchased Booking Protect.
• No exceptions will be made, regardless of the reason. Please do not ask.

Booking Availability

• If no slots are available at your preferred time, the service is fully booked or unavailable. Please choose another time or date.
